Announcement of Candidacy for Judge
I respectfully announce my candidacy for Fourth Judicial District Court Judge and ask for your confidence, your support, and your vote not for who I know, but for how I will judge. I am running because I believe the courtroom should be a place where people are heard, the law is applied faithfully, and dignity is never optional. I am running because our citizens deserve the best. I am running for you.
For years, I have stood at counsel table representing people at their most vulnerable moments. I know and have seen your families in crisis, individuals navigating fear and uncertainty, and citizens who simply wanted fairness from a system that can feel overwhelming. I have seen how profoundly a judge’s temperament, preparation, and integrity shape outcomes in not just verdicts, but people’s lives.
The law is not a performance. Justice is not about volume, notoriety, or politics. It is about judgment. As a lawyer, I have learned that true justice requires more than knowledge of statutes and precedent. It requires patience, independence, courage, and the humility to listen. It requires treating every person in the courtroom, regardless of status or circumstance with respect, while holding everyone to the same standard of accountability under the law.
If elected, I will bring to the bench:

I believe the judiciary must remain a place of trust, where decisions are grounded in law, guided by principle, and insulated from pressure.
